The morning smile

Every morning, when you wake up, you rub your eyes, then you frown. And then you see your mom and me, and you smile. It’s something from the fairy tales. It’s beautiful and heartwarming; it makes each morning precious. I get butterflies in my stomach even thinking about it. I don’t know when it started, but it feels like it’s always been like that. You’re sleeping now. I can’t wait for the morning.
